Bike Adventure 2012

Nick and Steve

If you have not heard yet both Steve and I are resigning from Lowe's in order to ride our bicycles across the US. Our last day will be May 28, 2012. This journey will span 90 days and over 3000 miles.

We will be departing from Milwaukee on May 31 via Amtrak, and will arrive in Emeryville California on June 2, 2012. From there we will head through San Francisco and then northward along the coast of California. Arriving in Grants Pass Oregon where we will turn eastward and head towards Yellowstone National Park. After spending a week at Yellowstone we will then continue our journey back to Wisconsin. Dependent on time constraints we will elect to continue on to the East Coast or not.

This is not a race for us. This is an Adventure.  Our hopes are to see the country at 10 miles an hour and meet some amazing people along the way. As well as an opportunity to better appreciate the things that we sometimes forget about with our busy schedules.
